Ingredients
  • 2 cup Basmati Rice
  • 2 cup Finely Chopped Vegetables (Carrot, Cabbage, Capsicum)
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 2 tbsp Schezwan Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Finely Chopped
  • 2 Green Chili Finely Chopped
  • 1/2 cup Spring Onion Finely Chopped
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • Salt to taste
How to make Schezwan Fried Rice

Step 1: Soak rice in water for 10 mintues. Boil them in enough water and add pinch of salt at the time of boiling

Step 2: Heal oil in a non stick pan. Add chopped garlic, green chili and saute for few minutes
