Ingredients
For Manchurian Balls:
- 1 cup Carrot Finely Chopped
- 1 cup Cabbage Finely Chopped
- 1 cup Capsicum Finely Chopped
- 1/2 cup Spring Green Onion, Finely Chopped
- 1/2 cup Cauliflower, Grated
- 3 Green Chili Finely Chopped
- 5 Cloves Garlic Chopped
- ½ tbsp Rice Flour
- 1 tbsp Corn Flour
- Oil for deep frying
- 3 tbsp Soya Sauce
- ¼ cup Refined Flour
- ½ tsp Black Pepper Powder
- Water as required
- Salt to taste
For Sauce:
- 5 tbsp Soya Sauce
- 1 cup Red Onion Finely Chopped
- 4 tbsp Chilli Sauce
- 2 tbsp Tomato Sauce
- ½ tsp Vinegar
- 2 Green Chili Chopped
- 2 tbsp Ginger Finely Chopped
- 1 cup Spring Green Onion, Finely Chopped
- 6 Cloves Garlic Chopped
- 2 tbsp Oil
- Salt to taste

Step 1: Heat sufficient oil in a non stick pan.
Step 2: Take a large size bowl. Add green chili, garlic, rice flour, corn flour, soya sauce, refined flour, black pepper, salt and all finely chopped vegetables. Mix all ingredients properly if required add some water and make small round balls
