Ingredients
- ½ cup All Purpose Flour
- ¾ cup Sugar
- 1 ¼ cup Water
- ½ cup Orange Juice
- ¼ tbsp Salt
- 2 Eggs yolk
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2-3 tbsp grated Orange Peel
- ½ tsp grated Lemon Peel
- 1 pastry Shell
For Meringue:
- ½ cup Sugar
- 4 Eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Step 1: In a saucepan combine sugar, salt, flour and water. Heat this mixture at low medium heat and stir them well until it thickens.
Step 2: Remove the mixture from heat. Stir egg yolk in this mixture and heat it again at medium flame.
