Ingredients
  • 2 cup Rice Soaked and Drained
  • 2 Eggs, Lightly Beaten
  • 2 Onion, Sliced
  • 1-2 Carrot, Peeled and Chopped
  • 1 Medium Sized Capsicum, Chopped
  • ¼ cup Cabbage, Chopped
  • ½ cup Peas, Finely Chopped
  • 2-3 Green chilies, Chopped
  • 1 tsp Ginger, Chopped
  • 1 tsp Garlic, Chopped
  • ¼ tsp White Pepper Powder
  • 1 Bunch Green Onion, Chopped
  • 1-2 tbsp Soya Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Lime Juice
  • Oil for fry
  • Salt to taste
Step 1: Boil rice in a pan add salt and cook till the rice is tender. Turn off the heat, drain well and let them cool

Step 2: Heat oil in a pan, add onion, green chilies, garlic and ginger. Stir it for few minutes till the onion become soften
