Ingredients
- 2 cup Rice Soaked and Drained
- 2 Eggs, Lightly Beaten
- 2 Onion, Sliced
- 1-2 Carrot, Peeled and Chopped
- 1 Medium Sized Capsicum, Chopped
- ¼ cup Cabbage, Chopped
- ½ cup Peas, Finely Chopped
- 2-3 Green chilies, Chopped
- 1 tsp Ginger, Chopped
- 1 tsp Garlic, Chopped
- ¼ tsp White Pepper Powder
- 1 Bunch Green Onion, Chopped
- 1-2 tbsp Soya Sauce
- 1 tbsp Lime Juice
- Oil for fry
- Salt to taste
Step 1: Boil rice in a pan add salt and cook till the rice is tender. Turn off the heat, drain well and let them cool
Step 2: Heat oil in a pan, add onion, green chilies, garlic and ginger. Stir it for few minutes till the onion become soften
